Welcome to the Overview Page for Chapter 1 "Dealing With The New Deal - Navigating Your Way Through The Difficult Times Ahead".

To understand the new political, financial, and market dimensions that we need to understand in order to navigate, we have prepared a series of programs all less than an hour, that you could easily watch over your lunch period, to see an executive summary of where, we as a nation now stand. We will share some ideas and options for you to consider when Dealing with the New Deal.

In the Chapter 1 webcast we will have an executive summary of 11 subjects, here is a peek of each:

Section 1: We will begin by defining the reason for our mission, (The Vital Life Community Mission) and thus the reason for this webcast.

Section 2: We illustrate the national need by sharing financial statistic charts representing select states and towns in the U.S.

Section 3: We share our solution of self-responsibility, especially for our own healthcare, which will be necessary for each of us in order to survive and thrive.

Section 4: We chart the potential that lies within each human being enabling them to become healthier individuals, which if accomplished would allow us to become healthier as a nation.

Section 5: We take a brief look at the current unfunded latent cost liability that our nation is facing. We examine the demographic patterns that are at the root of our national problem.

Section 6: Using a chart on "cohort succession" we show you the statistics of each cohort generation, so that we can better understand the cycles of the relative population growth and decline of our nation.

Section 7: We review the age wave data so that it can guide us as when to expect wage inflation, which will even further increase our costs of living and healthcare.

Section 8: We discuss the paradox which explains why congress is paralyzed with conflicts over illegal immigration and where it fits in to our population demography dilemma.

Section 9: We turn to PBS's Frontline telecast summary of the future of retirement and hear their take on the boomer crisis that will accompany what many hoped would be the much deserved years of retirement ahead.

Section 10: We look at strategic demographic planning to illustrate why we must adjust our strategic financial planning, in order to meet future realities, thus providing sustainability for our communities and business plans.

Section 11: Finally we look at our aging time line, which outlines the general life experience and health related patterns that we all must face.

All of this condensed in less than 60 minutes, in Chapter One of "Dealing with the New Deal - Navigating Your Way Through The Difficult Times Ahead".
